1. How long will it take to get my office set up with your service?
Answer: Getting set up in the system takes approximately 15 minutes. You can then begin submitting claims immediately.
2. Are there a lot of forms that I need to fill out to have you bill electronically?
Answer: No. Our office completes any necessary forms for you at no cost.
3. How do I get claims to you?
Answer: We provide several secure ways for you to conveniently get claims to us. You may fax them toll-free to an encrypted fax number, we can retrieve data directly from your system through a secure VPN and extract the information, or you can scan them and forward them to us. Contact us directly for details.
4. Can a Claim be for more than one date of service?
Answer: Yes. A 1500 claim form as up to 6 lines of service (CPT codes) and can cover multiple dates of service so long as it is submitted at the same time. UB04 can also span a service range.
5. Do you follow-up on claims after they are submitted?
Answer: Yes. We follow the claim for the full life cycle of the claim (primary submission, secondary submission, and up to 2 patient statements provided). We also include A/R calling and monthly reports at no additional charge.
6. Where do the insurance company checks go?
Answer: All insurance company checks go to the doctor's office or provider directly.
7. Is it necessary for me to sign a long-term contract?
Answer: No.
8. Can you customize your collections approach?
Answer: Yes, we pride ourselves in preserving the Doctor/Patient relationship. We will interact with your office to determine the approach you desire. Please note that in all cases, our collectors are highly professional and courteous at all times.
